Cupola Artisan Cheese
Cupola was named after the top, or pinnacle, of traditional Wisconsin barns. A pinnacle cheese, Cupola combines quality Red Barn milk, a world class cheesemaker and a recipe perfected over three years with the help of experts at the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research.
Cupola is a semi-hard cheese and is firm but supple. It’s flavor is fruity and nutty with hints of caramel and toasted pineapple.

Shipping is only available for the lower 48 United States. Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders must be placed by Monday at 12:00 p.m. to ensure shipment arrives by weeks end. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Monday will ship the following week.
Orders shipped to warm weather locations or during summer months is done at your own risk. We do our best to pack each shipment with plenty of ice; however, we cannot guarantee that your cheese will arrive cold.
