Each of our farmers has had a unique journey in the dairy industry. David Marcks tried to grow his farm to keep up with dairy trends but realized the pitfalls and went back to small scale farming. Olivia Hennes is a female first generation farmer. The Beyers have six generations of family history on their farm.
