Did you know that Edun is an original recipe cheese developed specifically for Red Barn Family Farms? That means we got to name it, so we chose Edun - or nude spelled backwards - because it was developed to showcase the flavors and quality of the raw milk that goes into making it.
Keeping in line with that logic, we don't want to cover up the flavor of this cookie with too much icing. We think they are best kept simple with a little dusting of powdered sugar. If you want to get really crazy, you can add some edible glitter to your powdered sugar for a little shimmer.
